Your Role

We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional to serve as a Client Advisor for our Los Angeles Boutique.

As an in-store Sales Associate you will deliver an excellent in-store experience to our customers by discovering client needs and guiding them through our product offerings. Additionally you will brainstorm and act on creative ways to increase foot traffic and drive sales while continuing to provide exceptional customer service, always going above and beyond to exceed customers expectations.

Your Impact

• Contribute to the Store Sales Performance by achieving the sales targets
• Maintain good product knowledge and ensure an outstanding customer experience
• Be proactive in attracting new customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones to generate new business opportunities
• Actively participate in design events and trade shows, to collect and convert as many leads as possible
• Handle customer complaints, seeking assistance and ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company
• Constantly promote a unique, memorable shopping experience (implementing customer focus, storytelling, extraordinary service, selling skills and aptitude)
• Keep the CRM system up to date
• Exceed all behavioral requirements, adhering to the dress code and appearance guidelines
• Ensure the store is perfectly in line with the Brand Guidelines in terms of VM, appearance and atmosphere. Respect company norms and procedures and adhere to Security and Health and Safety regulations
• Always be informed on brand activities, locations, events and marketing activities
• Cooperate with other Consumer Sales Functions (Field Sales and Teleselling) in an omni-channel approach, in order to facilitate and speed up the customer journey
  
  
  

About You

You have a strong sense of presence on the store floor and the ability to communicate confidently with customers. Ideally you have a passion for the wellness and/or fitness industry, as well luxury design.

What You Should Bring

• 2 years’ experience as Sales Assistant, preferably for luxury brand retail companies within the home goods space
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Aptitude for selling, with an emphasis on developing business
• Ability to leverage networks by cultivating key relationships as well as knowledge of local marketing and media
• Ability to acquire some expertise in Store operational applications (Salesforce and SAP)
• Entrepreneurial approach
• Ability to create and cultivate a network
• Ability to adhere to store hours - Monday - Sunday, 10am - 7pm
• Ability to work on-site 5 days a week
