Your Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Demand Planner to lead the forecasting of product demand and ensure optimal inventory management. This role is critical in supporting our supply chain efficiency and meeting customer expectations. This role reports directly to the VP, Order Fulfillment & Logistics and works on-site at our Jersey City offices.

Your Impact

• Partner with HQ, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Order Fulfillment teams to ensure demand planning aligns with overall business objectives and market dynamics.
• Continuously refine demand forecasts to reduce costs, minimize excess inventory, and ensure optimal product availability.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and inventory metrics to develop accurate and actionable demand forecasts.
• Maintain ERP system integrity by reconciling accounting records with physical inventory, conducting variance analyses, and supporting regular stock counts.
• Monitor local inventory levels and rotation indices to ensure proper governance and reduce the risk of obsolescence.
• Resolve issues related to order flow, shipping delays, and quality control; track deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain accurate transportation and inventory records.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods across borders and to the correct warehouse location while maintaining compliance with global trade regulations.
• Collaborate with external partners to ensure inventory availability, accuracy, and timely replenishment.
• Provide regular updates to the Sales team on available free stock and obsolescence to support strategic decision-making and optimize local inventory utilization.
• Foster strong relationships through clear, consistent communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Drive enhancements in demand planning systems, tools, and processes to support scalability and operational excellence
  
  
  

About You

What you should bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Customer-focused with a deep sense of care and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional experiences that reflect the excellence and sophistication of a luxury brand.
• Proven expertise in Demand Planning, ideally within a fast-paced, highly complex B2B and B2C environments.
• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage costs effectively and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent skills in project management, problem-solving, and analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and hands-on experience with ERP (SAP preferred), Salesforce, Power BI and WMS platforms.
• Proven experience with International Logistics and Supply Chain management
• Ability to work on-site 5x/week at our Jersey City offices
  
  
  

What We Offer

• Salary range of $90,000 - $105,000 commensurate with experience
