**This is a direct-hire position for the right candidate**
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of furniture installation coordination experience
- Ability to read project plans, drawings, and scope documents
- Experience working with 3rd‑party vendors or installers
- 50% travel within the southeast; hotel, gas, airfare, per‑diem covered
- Reliable transportation for job site visits (within 5 hours or will fly)
- Must sign a Non‑Disclosure / Non‑Solicitation Agreement
Responsibilities:
- Manage furniture installation projects from kickoff to completion
- Build timelines, phasing plans, and site access requirements
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, and schedules with 3rd‑party installers
- Communicate updates, risks, and changes to clients and internal teams
- Align freight and logistics with installation windows
- Monitor partner performance and quality
- Lead walkthroughs and punch list resolution
- Maintain project documentation and closeout records
Preferred:
- Furniture installation or manufacturer certifications
- PMP certification
- Experience in commercial interiors or logistics
