1st Shift Supervisor core hours are 5:45am to 4:15pm, Monday through Thursday with occasional 8 hour Friday shifts as needed.
The Shift Supervisor is responsible for the safety of the employees and accountable for keeping scrap rates below established levels while ensuring that customers will not receive non-conforming products. The Supervisor must also maximize efficiency of employees and plant by ensuring machines meet established production goals.
Other duties include:
Maintaining positive and complete communications with employees, other supervisors/managers, and office staff.
Studying production schedules, interpreting specifications and job orders and assigning duties to employees as appropriate.
Training employees to complete their jobs effectively, including training on safety, quality, and production procedures. Ensuring employees follow good manufacturing practices including dress code.
The employee is required to stand and walk for 10 hour shifts. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally is also required.
Starting pay based on previous experience and education.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
