Duties

• Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the production process to meet daily output targets while maintaining high quality standards
• Implement and enforce safety protocols in compliance with industry standards and company policies, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Monitor manufacturing operations to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations
• Lead, motivate, and develop production teams, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Oversee equipment maintenance schedules, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring efficient material flow and storage practices
• Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and training sessions to uphold a safe working environment involving heavy lifting procedures and other physical tasks
