Ensure compliance with GMPs and food safety requirements
Conduct inspections and audits, addressing compliance concerns
Schedule employees and ensure adequate shift coverage
Coach employees and promote a positive team environment
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or production experience
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Basic math skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification
