Job Title: Quality Engineer (Contract)
We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support product quality, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role will work across multiple product lines and partner closely with manufacturing and RMA teams to investigate issues and drive resolutions.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot product build and manufacturing quality issues
- Investigate customer returns alongside RMA technician
- Lead and support root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Drive general problem-solving and continuous improvement projects
- Support quality activities across multiple product lines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product reliability
Preferred Experience:
- Gage R&R
- MSA studies
- RMA / customer return analysis
- ISO / QS audit support or credentialing experience
This is one of two Quality Engineers supporting the business, with ownership of several product lines and hands-on involvement in day-to-day quality problem solving.
Salary : $80 - $100
