The job
- Oversee and expand multidisciplinary projects in water and wastewater treatment, pumping systems, and large-scale conveyance infrastructure.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to scale operations at local and regional levels.
- Ensure project profitability while mentoring team members to foster professional growth and maintain operational excellence.
- Lead business development initiatives, securing major contracts and strengthening the firm's market position.
What are they looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state of Texas.
- 10 years of hands-on experience managing water/ wastewater projects, including design and construction oversight.
