The job

- Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and public sector clients to navigate technical challenges and maintain project momentum.
- Oversee procurement, progress payments, and resource allocation for efficient and cost-effective field operations.
- Mentor and manage cross-functional teams, cultivating technical growth and ownership-focused leadership.
- Direct commissioning, performance testing, and project closeout in alignment with environmental and community service standards.
