The job
- Lead hydrologic and hydraulic projects for TxDOT, ensuring technical precision, regulatory compliance, and efficient delivery.
- Serve as the primary client liaison, managing interdisciplinary teams from project scoping through design and documentation.
- Guide drainage analyses, field investigations, and preparation of reports and design packages, ensuring alignment with quality and contractual standards.
- Mentor junior staff, oversee performance, and lead marketing efforts to expand the firm’s H&H presence across Texas infrastructure markets.
