Job Purpose
The Student Success and Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for managing the Talent Search Student Center and leading its educational and enrichment programming. This position plays a critical role in developing and delivering engaging workshops, coordinating activities aligned with the projects goals, and overseeing the implementation of the Compass Learning Seriesa key initiative that provides college and career readiness, financial literacy, and personal development resources for TRIO Talent Search participants.
Job Functions
Facilitate workshops related to academic skills, financial aid and FAFSA, scholarship applications, college admissions, leadership, personal development, and other relevant topics.
Collaborate with Talent Search staff, school partners, and community organizations to deliver high-quality sessions.
Build positive relationships with students to foster engagement and consistent attendance.
Assist students with accessing online resources and technology used in workshop delivery.
Maintain accurate records of all student activities and program participation for grant compliance and performance reporting.
