- Deliver instruction in both theoretical and hands-on physics concepts.
- Manage classromms effectively while performing necessary administrative tasks, including syllabus and lesson plan development.
- Regularly assess student learning and progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic performance.
- Recommend instructional materials for courses and seek approval as appropriate.
- Collaborate with other college departments, such as Tutoring and Retention, to support student success.
- Prepare reports in coordination with the Division Dean for planning, reporting systems, or submission to accrediting bodies.
- Attend relevant professional meetings and workshops.
- Represent the College positively in interactions with the community, as well as with local, state, and national professional and academic groups.
