Join our team as a Trade Compliance Specialist supporting imports across the Americas. You’ll manage trade compliance programs, audits, investigations, and training while ensuring adherence to international trade regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and maintain a standardized import compliance program.
- Support audits, investigations, and resolution of compliance issues.
- Conduct trade regulation research and provide guidance to internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records and manage daily trade compliance transactions.
- Assist with training, SOPs, and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external service providers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; 5–7 years in international trade compliance (Americas focus).
- Expertise in import regulations, classification, valuation, and licensing.
- Fluency in English; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- US Customs Broker license strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Oracle/E2Open knowledge a plus.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $47.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
