We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Buyer to lead procurement activities across a range of materials, equipment, and supplies. This role is critical to ensuring cost-effective purchasing decisions, maintaining supplier relationships, and supporting operational goals through smart sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of goods and services from qualified vendors.
- Evaluate supplier quotes, capabilities, and service levels to identify the most reliable and cost-effective partners.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality, delivery, and compliance with contractual terms.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing needs and align procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Manage complex purchasing projects with minimal supervision, applying sound judgment and strategic thinking.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of procurement principles, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $41.00 - $44.00 per hour
