- Operating basic production equipment following safety and process guidelines
- Assisting in basic manufacturing and assembly tasks
- Monitoring equipment for performance and quality issues, escalating as needed
- Completing simple quality checks and inspections using basic tools
- Supporting the production team in material and product handling and movement
- Maintains a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S standards
- Basic understanding of production processes
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with shop tools
- Ability to follow written instructions and blueprints
- Familiarity with basic measuring tools (calipers, rulers, etc.)
- Education: HS Diploma or GED
- 1 year of manufacturing experience
