Our client is looking for a Production Technician. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading aerospace supplier known for developing cutting-edge antenna technologies used in space missions and military applications. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various manufacturing and assembly processes to produce high-quality antenna products, such as eyeleting, drilling, lasing, printing, etching, soldering, and light assembly. You will receive on-the-job training to ensure your work meets 100% quality standards and supports our client’s continued growth and innovation.
You will play a vital role in maintaining the excellence of our products while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values teamwork and precision. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality work.

Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (flexible shift, split 12 PM - 8 PM, or 4 9's with half-day Friday; no 9/80 option)

Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in production or manufacturing, ideally 5-10 years
- Strong hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work at various workstations as production needs change
- Knowledge of hand tools and fabrication equipment
- Meticulous record-keeping skills with good computer literacy
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Bonding, lamination, and plating experience are a plus
- Experience working in military, aerospace, or government industries is desirable
