Our client is looking for an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, primarily performing cable assembly. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity.

In this role, you will be assembling complex electro-mechanical components, performing soldering under microscopes, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met throughout the production process. You will gain valuable hands-on experience with mechanical alignment, dimensional inspection, and part finishing, all while being mentored by seasoned technicians who are experts in their field. Your work will directly support mission-critical systems that help defend and explore our world.
In this role, you will be responsible for following work instructions to assemble products, perform soldering tasks, maintain quality documentation, and ensure safety standards are upheld. You will also set up equipment, receive and handle parts, and complete pre-assembly work as needed to contribute to the overall success of the production process.

Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM, 9/80 schedule
