JOB Details:
Client is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee production floor operations and ensure all client SLAs, SEC requirements, and contractual obligations are met in the most cost-effective manner possible. This person will prioritize client mailings, maximize machine throughput, coordinate labor across departments, and help maintain high quality standards across the operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee labor on the production floor to ensure efficient operations
- Prioritize jobs and ensure the right work is running on the right machines
- Maximize machine throughput and minimize downtime
- Coordinate staffing levels based on workflow and production volume
- Cross-train associates across production operations
- Ensure operators receive proper technical, quality, and ISO training
- Communicate shift priorities clearly through verbal and email turnovers
- Monitor parts inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed
- Work with Operations on preventive maintenance scheduling
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3–5 years of supervisory experience
- 3–5 years of print maintenance experience
Salary : $66,000 - $72,000
