Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: OT eligible (1.5x over 40 hours)
Job Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager I to lead cross-functional projects supporting product development and implementation. This role is responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of projects while ensuring alignment with quality and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets using tools like Microsoft Project
- Estimate effort, resources, and timelines
- Lead project execution, track progress, and manage risks
- Communicate status updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and methodologies
- Resolve issues and coordinate across teams
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Participate in process improvement and best practice initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience managing cross-functional projects
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in quality systems or regulated industries
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
