Job Title: Facilities Technician III
Location: Menlo Park, CA (onsite)
Contract Duration: Contract until 05/24/2027
Work Hours: 1:30pm - 10pm
Description:
This position is Non-Exempt. Weekly hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half.
After Training Position will be second shift.
Maintains facilities, facilities HVAC systems and equipment in order to provide a safe, efficient and comfortable workplace. Responsibilities include operation, repair, and preventative maintenance of all building facilities and equipment (HVAC, Compressed Air, DI-RO Water, Electrical, Plumbing); move and installation of equipment and or furniture; and other related duties.
- Familiar working in a GMP environment. GMP Change Process, work orders, ISO standards
- Candidates may have worked in Hospitals, semiconductor environment
- Needs experience maintaining a Clean Room
- Needs experience working on computer, specifically: Microsoft Word and documenting work in computer maintenance systems
- Available to be on call, paid 2 hrs. Day
- Management of repair and improvement projects, managing vendors
- 1-2 years experience in a GMP environment.
