Job Title: Operator I – Medical Device Manufacturing
Location: Irvine, CA (Onsite)
Schedule: 1st Shift | 4:30 AM – 12:30 PM (Mon–Fri, OT as needed)
Contract: Through November 4, 2026
Job Overview:
Join a leading medical device company producing life-saving technologies such as pacemakers and implantable defibrillators. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with hands-on assembly or cleanroom experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform assembly, repair, and testing of small medical devices
Follow standardized procedures and work instructions
Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
Ensure product traceability and compliance
Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
✅ Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year manufacturing, assembly, or cleanroom experience
Ability to work with small components
Basic computer/data entry skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Microscope experience preferred
⚠️ Work Environment & Requirements:
Cleanroom setting with strict gowning/dress code
No makeup, jewelry, or loose fibers
Must wear appropriate non-shedding clothing
Standing/sitting for extended periods
Interview Process:
15-minute onsite interview
Microscope test included
