Job Title: Non-Clinical - Administrative - Staffing Coordinator
Location: Olympia, WA (onsite)
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Work Hours: Day 4x10-Hour (08:00 - 16:00)
Description:
- Non-Clinical role as Staffing/Scheduling Coordinator in Nursing Administration Office
- This is a fast-paced office working with union contracts to coordinate staffing and scheduling for nursing units
- Position will be on-site
- Position will primarily work 10 Hour Day Shift position, but there may be a need to cover nights or 12 Hour Shifts as needed. Individual needs to be flexible with schedule.
- Weekends are required, but will likely be minimal.
- Looking for individual experienced in working in staffing offices.
- Prefer individual with experience working in UKG/Kronos application.
- Required - must have experience working with Microsoft applications (Teams, Work, Excel, Outlook).
- 1 year of experience working in staffing/scheduling is required.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Permanent staff with Providence must be separated from employment for a minimum of 3 months before they are eligible for this role.
- Locals accepted.
