The Role:
The Workday HRIS System Manager will be responsible for leading the configuration, optimization, and ongoing management of the Workday HCM platform. Acting as the subject matter expert, this role serves as a bridge between HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure the system aligns with strategic HR initiatives and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead configuration and maintenance of Workday modules.
● Oversee system updates, testing, and rollout of new features.
● Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to design scalable Workday solutions.
● Manage Workday integrations with payroll, benefits, finance, and third-party systems.
● Support new module implementations, system enhancements, and process
improvements.
● Deliver user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
● Develop dashboards, reports, and automation for HR and business stakeholders.
● Act as liaison between IT, HR, and Finance for Workday-related projects.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in HR, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent
experience).
● 5 years of Workday experience, including multiple module support.
● Hands-on configuration and process optimization expertise.
● Strong background in HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and Talent modules
preferred.
● Experience with Workday implementations and integrations
● Workday certifications preferred (Recruiting, Learning, Performance Management).
● Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
