About the Role
This position is ideal for technicians experienced in C/D checks, modifications, and complex structural repairs in an MRO environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform heavy maintenance and scheduled checks in an MRO environment
- Execute structural repairs, sheet metal fabrication, and composite repairs per approved data
- Install, repair, and modify aircraft structures, skins, frames, stringers, and composite components
- Troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems as required
- Accurately complete task cards, work packages, and maintenance documentation
- Support overtime, shift work, and production schedules as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
- 2 years of experience in an MRO or heavy maintenance environment
- Hands-on experience with structural, sheet metal, and/or composite repairs
- Strong understanding of FAA regulations and approved maintenance data
- Ability to work independently or within a production-focused team
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts
Required Skills
- Experience working on large commercial planes either directly or in an MRO
- Experience in heavy maintenance and structural repairs
- Knowledge of FAA regulations
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
