This is an on-site, full-time role based in Virginia Beach, VA for an Information Technology Support Specialist. The individual will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, handling help desk inquiries, and maintaining desktop computers. Additional responsibilities include ensuring efficient IT operations and offering prompt resolutions to technical challenges faced by users.
- Experience in Technical Support and troubleshooting IT-related issues
- Proficiency in managing and maintaining Desktop Computers and related hardware
- Knowledge of Information Technology principles and practices
- Skilled in providing Help Desk Support to resolve user inquiries efficiently
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to manage tasks independently and in a team environment
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus
- Associate’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
