Position Summary:
Our client, a top mechanical company in Weymouth, MA., is looking for experienced HVAC/R Technicians, for the diagnosis and repair of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
Responsibilities:
- Performs diagnosis and repair work on refrigeration, evaporative condensers, ice machines, water pumps, compressors, air handlers, electric motors, and HVAC units. Then return all equipment to proper operating levels with a goal of zero callbacks.
- Performs preventive maintenance on the same equipment as listed above to assure optimal operating efficiencies and less downtime for the customer.
- Complete all paperwork in a timely manner.
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout Eastern MA on an as-needed basis.
- Performs other related duties and projects assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience required
- Experience with VRF systems and grocery store refrigeration
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with customers
- Demonstrated ability to achieve quality results
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated and a professional attitude
- Good clean driving record and valid State Driver's License
- Ability to be on call on a rotating schedule: nights/weekends/holidays
- Understands the need for integrity and demonstrates awareness of ethical implications in all situations
License/Certification:
- EPA Type II (Required)
- HVAC/R License/Certification, (State of MA.)
- Must be a US Citizens, or Perm Resident Green Card holder
