Responsibilities- Engage with customers to understand their HVAC needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct in-home consultations and assessments to recommend appropriate HVAC systems.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotes to clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the installation team and service department to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and technologies to provide informed recommendations.
- Assist in managing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Prepare documents for MA Save Rebates, Financing, Permit Applications upon successful sale of work quoted.
- Process all equipment, materials, and subcontractor purchase orders.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in HVAC sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
