Quarry Hills Plumbing is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team.
We are seeking a dependable, skilled professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and excellent customer service. This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have at least three years of hands-on HVAC field experience.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
- Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
- Troubleshoot equipment and recommend appropriate solutions
- Explain repair, replacement, and upgrade options to customers
- Accurately document service calls, estimates, and payments in ServiceTitan
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company procedures and safety standards
- Participate in an on-call schedule when required
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of hands-on HVAC field experience required
- Experience using ServiceTitan preferred
- Working knowledge of furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, central air systems, and mini-splits
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- EPA certification preferred
- Oil Burner Technician experience or certification is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills
- Ability to identify customers’ needs and present appropriate solutions
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
