Construction Manager (Owner s Representative) Data Center Project
Location: Temple, TX (100% on-site)

About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Construction Manager to support a large-scale, mission-critical construction project in Temple, Texas. This role will act as an Owner s Representative, overseeing day-to-day construction execution, contractor coordination, and site activities to ensure the project stays on schedule and aligned with project goals.
This is a leadership-focused role suited for a mid-level Construction Manager who enjoys being in the field and driving execution not design.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the on-site Owner s Representative for a large-scale construction project (~$300M)
- Oversee and coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
- Manage daily site activities to ensure schedule, quality, and safety compliance
- Lead contractor meetings and maintain strong communication across stakeholders
- Track progress against construction schedules and flag risks early
- Coordinate closely with an on-site Connectivity Engineer
- Support construction execution across MEP and telecommunications scopes
- Ensure work aligns with project milestones and delivery targets
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in construction project management (execution-focused)
- Background as an Owner s Rep -side Project Manager
- Strong experience managing contractors and vendors
- Proven leadership, communication, and coordination skills
- Experience on large-scale construction projects
- Working knowledge of MEP systems and telecommunications infrastructure
- Field-based construction experience with basic schedule and budget oversight
- Mid-level profile (motivated, hands-on; not overly senior)
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Experience
- Mission-critical or critical facilities projects (data centers preferred but not required)
- Exposure to:

- Semiconductor facilities
- Oil & gas
- Healthcare infrastructure
- Bachelor s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
