Overview
We are seeking Data Analysts to support a large-scale initiative within a retail banking data organization focused on migrating existing processes to new, centralized data platforms.
This role is less about building new systems and more about understanding, validating, and transitioning existing data workflows to improved data sources to drive adoption across multiple business teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and migrate existing SQL/Python-based data processes to new data platforms
- Validate and reproduce current data workflows to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Partner with multiple downstream teams to support adoption of centralized data products
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure data integrity during migration
- Support multiple teams by providing reliable, scalable data analysis solutions
- Document processes and ensure smooth handoff across teams
