Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Project Manager to lead diverse projects across our organization, driving successful outcomes through strategic planning, team coordination, and meticulous execution. Duties

• Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing company softwares.
• Lead project teams by providing direction, supervision, and motivation to meet project milestones and deliverables.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria accurately.
• Manage project budgets through cost control techniques and earned value management to maximize efficiency and value.
• Conduct risk assessments and root cause analysis to identify potential issues early and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Oversee program development and design activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Utilize project management software such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Primavera P6, Buildertrend, for scheduling, tracking progress, and reporting status updates.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on contract negotiations, vendor management, and process improvements.
• Facilitate meetings effectively to ensure clear communication among stakeholders while managing scope changes through negotiation skills.
• Implement quality management practices to uphold standards across all phases of project execution while fostering a culture of continuous improvement via Lean methodologies.

Experience

• Proven experience in managing residential projects within a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in cross-functional teams across multiple projects or programs.
• Expertise in requirements analysis, requirements gathering, process management, risk management, and scope management.
• Familiarity with blueprints.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings, present information clearly.
