Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- A minimum of ten (10) years of IT and business/industry experience, including at least three (3) years of leadership experience and five (5) years of project management experience.
- Experience managing one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide IT programs consisting of multiple projects.
- Experience developing program strategies, supporting business cases, and creating enterprise-wide, high-level project plans.
- Experience integrating projects and adjusting project scope, timelines, and budgets as needed to meet evolving business needs.
- Experience communicating program strategy, direction, and changes to IT leadership, business leadership, and IT Business Consultants.
- Proven experience delivering projects within an IT project portfolio on time, within budget, and in alignment with strategic and business requirements.
- Experience tracking key project milestones and recommending adjustments to Project Managers as needed.
- Highly proficient in both spoken and written English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work onsite in Tallahassee, Florida.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
