What are the responsibilities and job description for the Organizational Change Manager position at Tech Army, LLC?
We’re hiring an OCM Lead to support enterprise IT transformation initiatives (cloud, cybersecurity, system implementations, digital projects).
You’ll lead the change workstream, partnering with IT and business teams to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
What you’ll do:
- Lead organizational change activities across IT projects
- Develop change impact, stakeholder, and readiness assessments
- Build communication and training plans
- Support adoption for enterprise systems, cloud, and digital initiatives
- Collaborate with PMO, technical teams, and business stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years experience in Change Management / OCM / Project Coordination
- Strong background in IT or technology transformation projects
- Experience with stakeholder engagement, communications, and training
- Familiarity with PMBOK / PMO environments
- Strong communication & facilitation skills
Nice to have:
- Prosci / PMP / CAPM certification
- Experience in cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise system implementations
