About the Center
We have been serving the needs of customers for their commercial refrigeration, restaurant and appliance repair in and around Warner Robins GA for 10 years. Our technicians are well trained, helpful and will clearly explain any problems they may discover in your equipment. Remember, we can be reached 24-hours a day.
Position Summary
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse & Purchasing Coordinator to manage inventory, order parts, and keep our operations running smoothly. This role combines hands-on warehouse organization with purchasing responsibilities—perfect for someone who enjoys both logistics and problem-solving.
You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the right parts are in the right place at the right time—without overspending or overstocking.
Key Responsibilities
- Order parts daily using replenishment reports
- Source from approved vendors and compare pricing/options
- Create purchase orders and track deliveries
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and reduce excess stock
- Ensure high accuracy in ordering (no duplicate or incorrect parts)
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient
- Communicate with technicians, service coordinators, and vendors
- Review costs and flag pricing or margin issues
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in purchasing, inventory, or warehouse roles
- Industry experience (HVAC, commercial equipment, etc.)
- ERP or inventory system experience (e.g., GlobalEdge)
- Forklift experience
Compensation Transparency
The advertised pay range for this position is $22-$26 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience level, technical certifications, skill set, and overall qualifications. Candidates with advanced expertise in both commercial hot-side and cold-side equipment may be considered toward the higher end of the range.
