The candidate will handle escalated incidents, perform equipment installations, and collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure smooth business operations.Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network connectivity.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and VPN issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, operating systems, and peripherals.
- Diagnose hardware failures and coordinate repairs or replacements.
- Manage service tickets, incident escalation, and SLA compliance.
- Support software installations, patches, updates, and system maintenance.
- Document troubleshooting steps and maintain IT asset inventory.
- 2–5 years of experience in field support or IT technical support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, desktop troubleshooting, and hardware support.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
- Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and endpoint support.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Boise, Idaho, on a 9x5 schedule.
