What are the responsibilities and job description for the CAD Designer position at TEC?
There is an immediate opening for a CAD Designer/Manager to join our Norman team. Duties of this position will include:
· Preparing civil design plans in Microstation such as: traffic plans, traffic control layouts, signing and striping, exhibits
· Converting drawings from Microstation to AutoCAD
· Data collection assistance/limited field work
Candidate must be highly qualified in MicroStation. Candidate must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at minimum have completed CAD Designer coursework, obtained a Certificate of Completion, and have 8 years experience in a civil or traffic/transportation engineering field. Candidate should be self-motivated and work well in a small office setting.
Candidate must be extremely proficient in ODOT work and using MicroStation. Any experience in AutoCAD is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $65.00 per hour
