We’re partnering with a fast-growing animal nutrition and hydration company expanding their presence across the North Central USA. They are looking for someone with real poultry experience to step into a high-impact Inside Sales role supporting both the poultry and lab animal markets.
This is not traditional sales.
It is relationship-building, trial support, on-farm problem solving, and guiding producers toward solutions that actually work.

What You Will Do
- Build and manage pipeline through warm leads, sample coordination, and field trial support
- Partner with commercial poultry producers to drive product adoption
- Strengthen relationships with customers, distributors, and technical teams
- Support targeted marketing campaigns and digital outreach
- Maintain meaningful CRM records in HubSpot or TGI
- Attend tradeshows, producer meetings, and association events
- Bring market insights back to internal teams to shape future product direction
Ideal Background

- Flock Advisors
- Breeder Managers or Supervisors
- Broiler or Live Production Managers
- Breeder or Service Technicians
- Field Technicians supporting flock performance
- Anyone who can walk onto a farm, read the birds, read the situation, and build trust

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Biology, Nutrition, Agribusiness, or related field
- Or a business/marketing degree with strong technical sales aptitude
- 2 years in animal health, life science, or agricultural sales
- Poultry or livestock trial experience is highly desirable
- Strong technical aptitude and CRM proficiency (HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Self-driven communicator with a customer-first mindset
Travel and Flexibility
- More than 50 percent of field travel across the North Central region
- Home-based when not traveling
- Occasional after-hours travel for events and tradeshows
- Ability to lift 40 pounds when handling product boxes or samples
