Systems Analyst

Pay Rate: $30/hr - $40/hr (variable dependent)

Location: Remote (onsite in Madison, WI 1-2 per month)

Duration: 4 month contract (possible extensions)

Overview: Senior Systems Analyst responsible for analyzing and documenting rules, logic, workflows, and technical components across a hybrid legacy/modern environment.

Must Haves

• 5–10 years systems analysis experience (education may count toward total)
• Strong experience documenting eligibility logic, business rules, batch processes, system interfaces, and workflows
• Background working with Mainframe batch programs, COBOL, SQL logic, Java applications, Java Web Services, and Business Rules Engines (e.g., Corticon)
• Ability to produce structured documentation (SOPs, process flows, rule inventories, pseudocode, traceability matrices, interface docs, system architecture)
