Sr. IT Solution Architect – Lead to Order (L2O)

We’re seeking a business-facing Solution Architect to own the Lead-to-Order value stream for a rapidly scaling fabrication business. You’ll design and deliver the end-to-end architecture across Dynamics 365 CRM, RFQ/Quoting, and integrations to multiple ERPs, standardizing a fragmented environment into a single enterprise approach. This high-visibility role is accountable for the quoting engine, Paperless Parts transition.

Responsibilities
- Architect L2O processes and systems: CRM, CPQ/RFQ, ERP integrations.
- Own quoting engine strategy and performance; digitize RFQ workflows.
- Define canonical data models (Quotes, Orders, Products, Pricing).
- Lead delivery with dev/integration/data teams; manage backlog and testing.
- Drive adoption and KPI improvements (quote cycle time, accuracy, conversion).
- 8–12 years in Solution Architecture for manufacturing/fabrication.
- Proven delivery of Lead-to-Order / Quote-to-Cash with Dynamics 365.
- Hands-on integrations to multi-ERP landscapes; Azure services preferred.
- Strong business stakeholder engagement and change management experience.
- Bonus: CPQ tools (Experlogix/Tacton/etc.), CAD/PDM exposure, paperless parts.
