Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator for external AI products.
- Standardize access controls, configurations, vendor coordination, and issue triage.
- Build repeatable administration playbooks for future AI tools.
- Act as the operational link between technology leadership, vendors, security, and business users.
- Reviewing access, configuration, and usage anomalies.
- Coordinating vendor questions, feature changes, and updates.
- Maintaining risk focused documentation and SOPs.
- Handling escalations requiring technical judgment.
- 2-3 years of experience administering SaaS or cloud based enterprise applications
- Strong understanding of AI/ML enabled tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms
- Experience managing access controls, configuration standards, and vendor hosted application environments
- Background in security minded administration, including risk assessment, audit evidence, and compliance controls
- Ability to create and maintain operational playbooks, SOPs, and administration documentation
- Strong analytical skills for reviewing logs, usage patterns, and configuration anomalies
- Experience coordinating with vendors, security teams, and technology leadership
- Ability to handle escalations requiring technical judgment and structured problem solving
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working with both technical and non technical stakeholders
- Experience administering AI governance tools or enterprise AI platforms
- Background in risk management, cybersecurity, or IT compliance
- Familiarity with enterprise change management processes
- Experience supporting large scale technology rollouts or transformation programs
- Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into structured operational processes
