Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders, SMEs, and technical teams to gather and document requirements for applications and systems.
- Create, present, and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and design documentation within approved tools.
- Document, trace, prioritize, and assess changes to business processes, workflows, and system functionality.
- Serve as project manager or QA analyst for smaller initiatives when needed.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and recommend solutions such as process improvements, system changes, or redesigns.
- Maintain accurate project status updates, risks, issues, and timelines for reporting.
- Work within an Agile delivery framework, focusing on rapid value delivery and adaptability.
- Participate in database and forms analysis as required.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams including executives, managers, IT professionals, and SMEs.
- Experience with process mapping, group facilitation, data gathering, analysis, and full project lifecycle activities (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, training, and evaluation).
- Hands-on experience delivering software within an Agile team environment.
- Strong ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
- Experience using requirement gathering tools such as Azure DevOps, TFS, Jira, or RTC.
- Ability to translate business strategies and user needs into clear system requirements and specifications.
- Experience guiding stakeholders through business case development, including cost benefit analysis, risk assessment, and impact analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to identify value through benefit realization, cost avoidance, modernization opportunities, and process improvement.
- Experience supporting continuous process improvement through technology and system enhancements.
