- Configure and customize Service Catalog, Core Platform, and Asset Management functionality.
- Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications.
- Gather business requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
- Support ongoing platform enhancements, upgrades, and modernization efforts.
- Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Developer (development-focused, not administration).
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development.
- Proven experience developing and supporting ServiceNow integrations.
- Experience with Service Catalog and Asset Management modules.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ServiceNow AI / Now Assist
- Experience supporting AI-driven ServiceNow initiatives
