Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate activities among internal teams, healthcare organizations, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other applicable privacy standards.
- Facilitate meetings, presentations, and communication plans.
- Monitor project progress and prepare reports for leadership teams and funding organizations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Promote the adoption of interoperability solutions and best practices.
