Max Bill Rate: $55/hr - $70/hr (variable dependent)
Location: Lansing, MI (Onsite Mondays & Tuesdays; remote Wed–Fri)
Duration: Ongoing contract (possible extension)
Overview: Lead interoperability and database migration initiatives across multiple systems. Responsible for project planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring secure, compliant data exchange across public health and healthcare partners.

Must Haves
- 8 years project management experience in public health or healthcare IT.
- Experience with Microsoft server environments, especially SQL Server.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, including executive?level reporting.
- Familiarity with health data standards, public health systems, and clinical/IT infrastructure.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Informatics, or related field.
- PMP or CAPM certification.
- Experience with Oracle database environments.
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Informatics, or related field.
