Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, or chat. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, escalating when necessary.

Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, or chat. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, escalating when necessary.
Must-Have
- 1–3 years in Service Desk / Help Desk / Desktop Support
- Strong experience supporting Windows OS
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, LAN/WAN
- Hands-on support of PCs, printers, scanners, and smartphones
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow or equivalent)
- Understanding of IT security policies and compliance
- Provide first-line deskside and remote support in a factory/production environment
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Support Microsoft operating systems, printers, and barcode scanners
- Manage, update, and clarify support tickets; communicate resolution status
- Escalate complex issues or outages to senior support or management
- Assist with testing, deployment, and stabilization of new IT services
- Ensure adherence to IT security policies and procedures
