Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead application implementations from kickoff through go-live
- Execute mobile application deployment, including access setup and validation
- Generate and manage QR codes to support application downloads
- Collect, review, and validate client-provided data for implementation readiness
- Deliver onsite and remote training to end users, including non-technical audiences
- Serve as the primary point of contact during implementation activities
- Coordinate with internal technical and support teams to resolve issues
- Maintain implementation documentation, follow-ups, and status updates
- Travel to customer locations to support deployment and training activities (up to 50%)
- Strong client-facing and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience delivering end-user training and onboarding
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn and explain applications
- Experience with data validation, spreadsheets, and basic data tasks
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- Bilingual: English / Spanish
