Senior (7 years) Change Management Consultant with PROSCI or CCMP Certification
Location: Remote (minimal onsite travel to Madison, WI and/or Cedar Rapids, IA)
Duration: 6 month contract (extensions possible)
Overview: Change management consultant to be attached to a variety of both ongoing and upcoming mostly technical IT initiatives but may include a more broad range of projects that encompass construction, process, and cultural projects as well.

Key Skills:
- 7 years of Change Management experience
- Prosci and/or CCMP certification required
- Clear experience leading complex change initiatives at an enterprise level
- Any energy and/or utility industry experience
- Collaborate with project/program managers and stakeholders to understand project impacts on staff
- Focus on individual project changes (e.g., new technology, process updates) affecting employees
- Support change adoption and reinforcement across assigned projects
- Lead communication efforts related to project-driven workforce changes
