IT Level 2 Technician - Network

This position is for a full time Level 2 Tech Support - Network Technician (Immediate Need). This position is a full time onsite position. TeamLogic IT is a national network of locally-owned businesses providing comprehensive computer-based services to small and medium-sized businesses in Indianapolis and the surrounding areas. The candidate who fills this role will be handling desktop support issues of every type, network troubleshooting from small networks to large multi-location networks, some server monitoring, researching and deploying new technology, as well as any other IT needs our clients have.
Required Skills:

• The ability to work independently and efficiently (you will not be micro-managed).
• 1 year minimum experience in remote support, helpdesk, network administration and support activities in multi-user network environments. OR Associates/Bachelor’s Degree in IT related field
• Proficiency with desktop OSs, including Windows 7, 8.1, 10
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Office 2003-2016) in a business environment
• Manage installation of and migration of Exchange servers
• Familiarity with Windows Domain environments
• Troubleshooting skills/knowledge, including network issues, printers, scanners
• Familiarity with common business office devices, including printers, scanners, fax, and multi-function devices.
• Familiarity with networking equipment: routers, firewalls, wireless devices & switches
• Must be organized and detail oriented
• The ability to work in an on demand, high-level customer service environment without becoming frustrated, frazzled or angry.
• The ability to understand and follow established business practices at all times is necessary.
• Exercise the highest level of confidentiality and ethical standards at all times.
• The ability to work after hours when needed in order to meet client needs and demands.

This position will require occasional travel to clients.Additional Non-Technical Requirements * You must be fluent in American English.

• Able to lift boxes and equipment up to 50lbs.
• Pass a background check and drug screen. We may also conduct random drug screening during your employment.

Standard Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.Compensation: Hourly Rate will be based on skill level and experience, rate is negotiable but expectations is between $20 - $40 per hour.Candidates should email the following: * Copy of their current resume
