Position Summary
The Quality and Compliance Coordinator supports organizational quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement efforts across Team Wellness Center. This role is responsible for data collection, audits, compliance monitoring, reporting, and collaboration with clinical and administrative staff to ensure adherence to county, state, federal, and licensure standards.
This position plays a critical role in improving documentation accuracy, monitoring incident reporting, and supporting agency-wide compliance initiatives within a behavioral health setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, review, and analyze data from medical records for quality assurance, audits, and system improvement
- Support organizational compliance with county, state, federal, and licensure regulations
- Conduct data analysis related to performance improvement, compliance, and outcomes
- Assist with critical/sentinel incident reporting, death reporting, satisfaction surveys, and outcome data
- Create and maintain data collection tools to monitor compliance and performance
- Organize and maintain Performance Improvement Committee and Corporate Compliance Committee files, reports, communications, and meeting minutes
- Verify accurate and timely completion of incident and death reports by staff
- Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and Team Wellness Center policies and procedures
- Schedule and conduct one-on-one meetings with clinic directors and staff to review data and explain data collection processes
- Participate in Performance Improvement and Corporate Compliance Committee meetings
- Maintain an ongoing log of complaints, grievances, and recipient rights issues
- Collect and compile member satisfaction survey results and Google review data
- Serve as a resource to staff and external agencies regarding compliance standards and expectations
- Maintain compliance with Human Resources file requirements, including training and education documentation
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrated expertise and hands-on experience with data analysis
- Knowledge of healthcare, behavioral health, or human services compliance preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Licensure & Transportation Requirements
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Active auto insurance
- Reliable personal transportation for work-related travel

Pay: $20.00 per hour
