We are looking for a skilled and motivated **Auto Painter** to join our growing commercial truck body shop. If you have experience with automotive, fleet, or heavy-duty truck painting and take pride in producing high-quality finishes, we'd like to meet you.
**Responsibilities:**
* Prepare truck bodies and components for paint, including sanding, masking, priming, and surface preparation
* Mix and match paint colors accurately
* Apply primers, base coats, clear coats, and specialty coatings
* Paint commercial trucks, utility bodies, box trucks, dump bodies, trailers, and fleet vehicles
* Inspect completed work to ensure a high-quality finish
* Maintain paint equipment and spray booths
* Follow all safety and environmental regulations
* Work efficiently to meet production deadlines
**Qualifications:**
* Previous automotive or commercial vehicle painting experience required
* Knowledge of paint systems, mixing techniques, and spray equipment
* Experience with bodywork preparation and refinishing processes
* Strong attention to detail and quality standards
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid driver's license preferred
